This ensures that you and your family are covered against failure due to manufacturing or material defect on most original specification components, and there are an unlimited number of claims that you can make on this warranty.
Ford Direct Hologram
When nearly new Ford cars pass rigorous quality standards, genuine Ford Direct cars are fitted with a unique tamperproof windscreen hologram so that you can be sure at a glance that your car meets the strictest of Ford’s used car standards, so beware of inferior vehicles that do not bear the official Ford hologram of quality.
HPI / National Mileage Register checked
To make sure that the mileage shown on your Ford Direct vehicle can be 100% trusted and has not been tampered with in any way, all Ford Direct vehicles are checked via the National Mileage Register before we offer them “for sale”. Your car will also undergo a full HPI check to ensure that there is no outstanding finance due. For added peace of mind we also check that your vehicle has never previously been written off by an insurance company following a claim and that the car is not being held on any police reports as lost or stolen.
Two year Ford Assistance, including European cover
Ford ensure that help is on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year on all Ford Direct vehicles for a full 2 years after your purchase. This cover also includes Roadside Assistance, assistance at home and vehicle recovery.
