We purchased our car from Roy Chapman following on from previous car purchases from you and have always had our cars serviced by you to our entire satisfaction. Even though we moved away from Berkhamsted, we still take our car back for a service.

My car required ancillary work before completion of MOT. Due to the sudden admission of my wife to hospital I had to cancel my first appointment at short notice. I was later able to have the work done while I waited, virtually at a time of my choosing to enable me to get to hospital. The courtesy and service I received was exemplary and I am most grateful.
